We use Progress ShareFile to protect your data. All files are encrypted during transmission and stored securely. For your protection, please do not email documents containing Social Security numbers, bank information, or tax returns.

Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal is powered by Progress ShareFile, which uses bank-level encryption to protect your information both in transit and at rest.
Do I need to create an account?
In most cases, no. You may be able to upload documents directly through the secure link. An account will be created for all current clients.
What types of files can I upload?
PDFs, scanned documents, spreadsheets, and common image formats (such as JPG or PNG) are all acceptable.
What if my files are large?
The portal allows large file uploads that would not be suitable for email.
Will I receive confirmation?
You should receive an on-screen confirmation once your files are successfully uploaded. If you would like confirmation from our office, please let us know.
How long are documents kept in the portal?
Documents uploaded through ShareFile are subject to our document retention policies. For security purposes, files stored in the ShareFile portal are automatically deleted after a set period of time. We recommend keeping copies of all documents for your records. If you need access to previously submitted information, please contact our office.
